Dad and I setup an in-home photo shoot this weekend, to get shots of you in a bunch of different outfits that people gave us, etc. It was very good timing because you've officially begun smiling and cooing on queue, and we got some really cute pics. This morning you woke up and flashed me a huge smile from your crib, which was adorable for about 2 minutes until you spit-up all over our bed and yourself...great way to start the day! I have to be honest (because a few blog 'followers' have called me out!) and admit that things haven't been as rosy as they might seem. Between your jaundice, acid reflux, potential food allergy, gas issues, crying fits, and sleeping issues, life in the Hormann household has been tough. I'm convinced we're on the right track now and I hope you have a lot more to smile about in the coming days...love you Ollie!

So cute Megs, I wish you would have posted more pics. Sounds like things are going good. Nobody tells you just how hard the first month really is. I promise it does get easier.
